Offline Zen was born out of grief, restlessness, and a growing suspicion that the noise of modern life was making everything harder than it needed to be.
It started with one person trying to find stillness after loss, failing at it repeatedly, and eventually discovering that meditation was nothing like what they had been told it was. Not a blank mind. Not perfect silence. Just a practice. Imperfect, human, and quietly transformative when approached with honesty rather than expectation.
That discovery felt worth sharing.
